Your seat is included in the $699.00 a year, so on your own that’s the whole price. Add people and each extra seat is billed at the rates below. The price per seat drops from seat 6, and again from seat 21.

Questions
- How do seats work?
- Free covers one person — you. The paid plan covers your whole workspace, and each active member occupies a seat. Your seat allowance and the cost of adding people are shown at checkout before you confirm anything.
- Does Beacon store my card details?
- No. Your card goes straight into the payment processor's secure form. Card numbers never reach Beacon's servers, and Beacon has no way to read them.
- Can I change or cancel my plan later?
- Yes, at any time. Switching between monthly and annual, your card, your invoices and cancellation are all on your organization's Billing page. Cancelling keeps your account — you return to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
- Does my plan renew automatically?
- Yes. A paid plan renews at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal without ending the period you've paid for.
- What happens to my team if I downgrade?
- Nobody loses data, and nobody is removed. If you cancel, your paid plan continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then your organization moves to Free. Everyone keeps their account and history; inviting anyone new then needs a paid plan.
- Why does my subscription belong to a workspace?
- Beacon builds a shared picture of your company — its size, industry, jurisdictions and policies — so answers are specific to you rather than generic. That context belongs to the organization, so the plan does too. A workspace of one works exactly as you'd expect.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Yes, on an annual plan over $2,000.00 a year before tax. Choose pay by invoice when you buy: our team approves each request, and the invoice is due 30 days after it's issued. Smaller and monthly plans are paid by card.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Beacon never sees or stores your card details.
